Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin talks about SportAccord World Combat Games
On 25 January at the session of the Russian Federation Government on Thursday, the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin declared that the SportAccord World Combat Games must be held at an exemplary level.
“This is a major event drawing more than 2,000 athletes, members of official delegations and thousands of fans from around the world. The games must be held at exemplary high level,” Putin emphasized on Thursday.
The National Organizing Committee was created under the session to coordinate preparatory activities under the SportAccord World Combat Games 2013 . It is headed by Dmitry Kozak, Deputy Chief of the RF Government (responsible for the XXII Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Sochi 2014 preparation).
